Chocoletra  expressly prohibits the creation or use by third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or contents of our corporate image.

BRANDS

Chocoletra, its logo and any other product and service marks used on this website are the property of the same and its representatives. No product or service marks of Chocoletra may not be used without the prior written consent of Chocoletra. Any unauthorized use of the trademarks is prohibited.

The fact that you may access this website does not imply that you are granted any right of any kind to use Chocoletra's trademarks, nor does Chocoletra grant you any license or right, implied or otherwise, in relation to the copyrights, patents, trademarks and/or services related to this website.

MODIFICATIONS OF THE CONDITIONS

Chocoletra  reserves the right, in its Terms and Conditions, to modify, prevent or restrict, in whole or in part, access to the contents of this website at any time and without prior notice, as stated in this section of Terms and Conditions.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Each order is linked to a specific IP address that may be used to take legal action against those who place false orders for material, without any intention of collecting or paying for it. PRICES

• All prices are  VAT  INCLUDING

ORDERS

SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

• All purchases made with the Chocoletra company on any of our virtual platforms are subject to the terms and conditions indicated here.
• The risk of loss or damage shall be deemed to be transferred by Chocoletra to the customer at the time of receipt at the delivery address. Shipping and other shipping costs will be indicated separately on the invoice Chocoletra when they are not included in the purchase price of the product. Ownership of the products will pass from Chocoletra to the customer at the time of delivery of the products.

•  There is a risk that your shipment may not be delivered within 24 to 72 hours or within the agreed deadlines (working days) due to issues such as: Strikes, demonstrations, breakdowns or weather problems, or traffic or road accidents.
• Chocoletra undertakes to notify any incident regarding the shipment of your product, by telephone or email, if 72 hours have passed and no response has been received from the recipient or buyer to fulfill the delivery of your order, chocoletra is not responsible for the condition of your product, after one week from the shipping date if your product has not been collected at the transport office corresponding to your postal code, your product will be returned or sent for destruction. 

SALE PROHIBITED TO MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

Pursuant to Law 11/2010 of 17 December, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. If you do not meet this requirement, we encourage you to leave this page.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Our commitment to our customers is to provide them with what they are looking for in the items we offer in our online store. If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a within 48 hours from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return. 

To make a return, the item and its accessories, if any, must be presented in good condition, as well as in its original packaging.

We will not accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging or with the seal broken, unless they are defective.

Chocoletra is not obliged to make returns, nor will it make refunds for delays in shipments caused by strikes, demonstrations, climate changes or traffic or road accidents. 

-When the return process is made effective, it will be done through the same payment method used when making your purchase at www.chocoletra.com and this process may take between 1 to 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

PAYMENT OF AMOUNTS

The refund resulting from a return will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product and its shipping cost. It will be made as soon as possible after we receive and inspect the goods (never more than 7 days).

The payment will be made using the same method used to pay for the order. In these cases, interbank payment terms may delay the credit to your account for a few days.

PRODUCT CHANGES

Deadlines for changes: All purchased products can be exchanged within a within 48 hours counted after the delivery date.

CANCEL ORDERS

Once your order is placed, it can be cancelled within the time that Chocoletra has planned for its preparation, which is 24:00h of the same day and thus stop its preparation in the warehouse and not send it to the courier platform. To cancel it, you must notify the email info@chocoletra.com

The total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs and VAT, will be charged to your credit card at the time of completing the ordering process. An order acceptance confirmation will be sent to you later. If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will proceed to credit the charge.

Payment by credit/debit card guarantees you a simple and secure payment method. Your data will not be recorded in any database but will travel encrypted directly to the Virtual POS

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Barcelona, ​​Spain. You can choose an approximate delivery day from Monday to Friday, which you must specify in the calendar that you find when entering the shipping information. If you cannot select a date, it means that it is impossible to make deliveries on that day. The minimum delivery time is usually 24 to 72 business hours, although it may vary depending on demand.

We guarantee that each order is sent by MRW courier to be delivered on the date selected when placing the order, but we cannot guarantee that the courier will not have incidents. 96.4% of orders are delivered on the selected date, but there may always be some incidents. In these cases, the order will be delivered on the next business day.

Standard deliveries are made from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the selected day. It is not possible to select a delivery time.

You can choose the option of delivery during a time slot, which carries an additional charge, like express delivery. Deliveries on Saturdays have a small extra charge.

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands take 48 to 72 hours from when we send the order.

In our Terms and Conditions we state that we do not deliver to the Canary Islands due to the many problems that have been caused to us, which normally generate customs charges that cannot be calculated before sending the order.

PACKAGING

Each order will be sent in a box prepared for perfect transport. If the package arrives in poor condition, we will not accept it. If it arrives in good condition and the product has a defect, let us know by email at info@chocoletra.com within 24 hours after delivery and attach photographs of the defective product.
